Villa Feria Customer Advisor position

General presentation

Villa Feria’s mission is to build trust with our customers by understanding their needs, desires and fears as fully as possible. The Villa Feria consultant is the cornerstone of this trust, acting as the sole point of contact for a customer and representing Villa Feria to the world.

We want to expand our team of advisors so that we can respond more effectively and efficiently to the many requests for assistance we receive every day. Our responsibility is to support our customers in their project to settle in Portugal, by advising them and carrying out all the tasks described in the packs they have subscribed to, in particular the search for property through the IMMO pack.

the advisor position requires someone who lives in Portugal and is an expert in the Portuguese real estate market. Above all, we’re looking for people with a passion for service, support and advice.

Key objectives

• Responsible for a specific geographical area within Portugal
• Mandate properties to private sellers and sign mediação imobiliária contracts
• Contact customers who have submitted an inquiry to Villa Feria
• Manage the relationship with existing customers for whom the project is not immediate
• Act as a single point of contact throughout the entire customer support process
• Carry out property searches based on the criteria defined during the introductory diagnosis and in accordance with the terms defined in the IMMO pack
• Develop relationships with Villa Feria’s real estate agency partners

Other requirements

• Fluency in French and Portuguese
• Excellent knowledge of Portugal, its regions and real estate market
• Real estate experience strongly preferred
• Natural communication, listening and empathy skills
• Residence in Portugal necessary, availability and flexibility in terms of working hours required

Position of Villa Feria Digital Marketing Manager (already filled)

The Vivre au Portugal blog is the source of our success on social networks. It’s the element that makes our customers feel they know us and want to trust us. Above all, it’s a way of sharing as much useful information as possible for people considering a move to Portugal. We generously divulge a wealth of advice on life in Portugal, and share some of our experiences and feelings in all their vulnerability.

We’re looking for a new member of our team to take full responsibility for our digital marketing. This responsibility consists of bringing our blog to life in line with the theme of life in Portugal, by regularly publishing new articles, participating in discussions on social networks, and contributing to the expansion of our online community of readers.

The position of Digital Marketing Manager requires someone who lives in Portugal, and who is willing to travel within Portugal on a regular basis, so as to be able to share as much practical information as possible that is up-to-date and conveys current trends.

Key objectives

• Publish a minimum of 2 new articles per month in French
• Publication of a minimum of 2 new articles per month in English (version translated from French or different article)
• Daily participation on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram): posting photos, replying to comments, launching new discussions on the subject of life in Portugal

Other requirements

• Fluent written French and English
• Previous blogging experience strongly preferred
• Good command of IT tools such as photo and video editing, word processing and ideally web page editing in WordPress
• Knowledge of Portugal is not mandatory: it may be interesting to be able to describe Portugal from a fresh perspective
• Residence in Portugal required, with the flexibility to travel from city to city
