Buy a modern property in Portugal in the South of Lisbon
This article is going to introduce your construction project of modern houses in Aroeira, South of Lisbon. It is a project very close to my heart because it is located where I live. This property development project is attractive for expats who would like to invest in Portugal, even though the majority of buyers are Portuguese locals (around 80% of buyers are locals). You will quickly understand why this project has a very special meaning for me 🙂

Why did we launch this project?
As you probably already read our story, my husband and I have decided to build our house in Portugal in 2015. This experience helped us to realise how complex, cumbersome and risky the construction process can be, especially when you are building abroad (read our story page for the details).
It is through this experience that came our vision to simplify the process of construction by offering a service of accompaniment for people who wish to build their home in Portugal. We wanted to offer the service, the support and the guarantees that we wished we would have benefited from ourselves. We wanted to act as the person foreign investors coming to Portugal could talk to, and trust.
This is how, building on our own experience, we started to design a service model with a truly all inclusive offer a complete accompaniment service, based on transparency and trust.
The next after opening our company was to build partnerships with the local players we had worked with in the past, selecting the ones who provided quality work. Using our own house as the model, we finally ended up launching an exciting development project on a piece of land just meters away from our home.

Our project is located in Aroeira, a nice area of surrounded by nature right next to Lisbon. This location will suit best people who like to live in a calm and quiet area, who like nature and at the same time who would prefer to keep a quick access to a large city and consequently all the commodities that go with it including an international airport.
Aroeira is a natural reserve in front of the famous beach “Fonte da Telha”
In the heart of a natural reserve of pine trees, calm and nature are predominating in Aroeira. This protected area is preserved from mass tourism, you will rather find typical Portuguese restaurants, humble beach bars and wild landscapes of sand beaches without any hotel chain or other touristic attraction.

So…and what about these houses then?
The houses in this residence are all based on our own house which serves as the model house. Of course we have evolved the model and brought some nice improvements, and you will have the opportunity to make a few changes based on your own preferences.
It is a high standing cube-shaped house of 180 m2 on a decorated piece of land of 400m2, with wide windows, fully equipped and decorated with modern style materials, and a mirror-like infinity pool in the garden.
The houses are fully equipped with all options: central vacuum, solar heating for water, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, external barbecue and kitchen, washing machine, alarm system, programmable irrigation system, it is all included in the price.
Always aligned with our vision to make the acquisition process as easy and secure as possible for you, we want to offer the maximal level of assurance possible. This is why we have negotiated an advantageous and risk-free payment sequence for our clients:
- You only pay 10% of the total amount at the signature of the contract
- You pay the remaining 90% of the total amount when the house is totally finished and certified
We have also developed partnerships with local banks to be able to offer you pre-negotiated mortgage deals specially for this property development project. This is also a symbol of trust and assurance from those national banks that our project is viable and supported by Portuguese authorities.
The residence
There will be 36 houses in total in this beautiful paved residence, with a green park at the centre. It is located in the street Antonio da Costa, a non-passing street, very quiet and where nobody else than residents have a reason to pass through.
